The RcktMan Baking Company

My apartment has become a makeshift bakery in the past few weeks.

In addition to my usual yearly adventures making Easter Bread, I have been experimenting with the craft of making Sourdough bread. It’s a long, none-too-easy process that I’m still learning… but the results of my learning have yielded me some yummy loaves of bread.

I’ve gone through almost four 5-lb. bags of flour already. It also is turning into an expensive hobby! 🙂

But man this place smells good. 🙂
